Nolan Creek project

EL008580

Commodities Gold · Silver · Lead · Zinc

Like the Savic West REE project, CNAM’s Nolan Creek project (EL008580) is situated in the Glenelg structural zone of western Victoria.

The Savic and Nolan Creek projects are also located along the crustal-scale G2 structural corridor (O’Driscoll lineament).

The principal prospect within EL008580 is Nolan Creek, which was historically mined on a small scale for silver, but more recent samples have also returned high-grade assays for gold, lead and zinc.

The Geological Survey of Victoria has named the region the Kanmantoo-Strathalbyn SEDEX exploration fairway. The project area is underlain largely by the Cambrian Glenelg River Metamorphic Complex.
